Order Validation: We maintain the right to double-check the Order details after payment to validate that the instructions while filling the Order form are similar to the requirements the client gave manually. If they don't match, our sales team will connect with the client for clarification.
Order volume: The Company measure the order volume completely in words as per its standards.
Change of Order details: The client is permitted to modify the extent of work, but should first reach out to the customer assistance team. Having said that, if the modifications impact the time taken to complete the order, complexity or volume, the client could be asked to pay an extra fee.
