Explanation of the Terms

• Terms and Conditions means the agreement
• The Company indicates Pro Dissertation Writers, which offers academic writing help.
• The Client or Customer refers to the people who place orders and agree to the company’s terms and conditions
• The Order means the project given by the client to the company with clear instructions and guidelines, like the delivery date and the number of pages or words.
• The Writer refers to a worker of the Company who writes papers for the client per the Company Agreement.

Please only place your order once you approve of all our terms, and refrain from buying our services if you don’t accept any of our conditions.

Privacy Policy

We prioritise the protection of our customers’ privacy and take all steps to safeguard their personal data while offering our services.

All clients who use our website have the right to know what data and in what ways is gathered, kept and utilised by our company.

We give you the assurance that we gather such data for performance analysis, functional and other business purposes only.

Our company employs secure online payment methods to ensure the protection of your information. We don't keep the client’s financial details in any way. Clients are strongly advised against giving their financial data to even the company’s employees.

We never distribute or trade the obtained data to any third party. The data is only utilised to:

• Offer service as per the client’s instructions
• Answer any questions, resolve complaints or requests
• Tailor content and/or layout of the Service
• Inform the clients of necessary modifications and Service changes

Order Process

Order Validation: We maintain the right to double-check the Order details after payment to validate that the instructions while filling the Order form are similar to the requirements the client gave manually. If they don't match, our sales team will connect with the client for clarification.

Order volume: The Company measure the order volume completely in words as per its standards.

Change of Order details: The client is permitted to modify the extent of work, but should first reach out to the customer assistance team. Having said that, if the modifications impact the time taken to complete the order, complexity or volume, the client could be asked to pay an extra fee.

Order Revision

• We will not charge any extra amount if the customer requests a valid revision within 10 days after order delivery. We will charge an additional fee after this period has passed.
• We only consider a free revision valid if the guidelines are the same as the initial instructions. We have the right to demand extra charges to conduct revisions in case of a mismatch.
• We will not complete revisions before the initial deadline mentioned on the order form
